<p>Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) has an important role in shaping students' character and health. This study aims to explore the strategies used by teachers in managing PJOK learning at SDN 060792 with a focus on increasing student learning motivation. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that teachers use various strategies, including the use of technology, project-based learning, and the use of a variety of activities to increase students' motivation to learn. <p>Using a qualitative approach, this study examined students' motivation to learn Physical Education, Sport and Health (PJOK) in primary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation to collect data from teachers and students in elementary schools. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to find out students' perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to learning PJOK. The main objective of this research is to identify and understand students' motivation towards learning Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) in elementary schools. In addition, this study also sought to explore students' perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to learning PJOK, such as the classroom environment, teacher support and learning methods. The results show that students' motivation is the main factor influencing their participation and learning achievement in the subject. In addition, the results show that positive interactions between students and teachers, as well as interesting and interactive learning approaches, contribute significantly to increasing students' motivation. This study concludes that, to increase students' motivation in learning PJOK, teachers and schools must provide continuous support. It is hoped that these findings will help teachers and policy makers create better and more engaging PJOK programs for primary school students.</p>GebyYashintaEnneyGabrielFajar

<p>This paper focuses on the translation of verbs in the novel entitled Paper Towns by John Green (2008) into its translation Kota Kertas by Angelic Zaizai by applying the Natural Semantic Metalanguage (NSM) proposed by Wierzbiecka (1996). In this paper, were found 5 verbs to be analyzed by the NSM theory. They are; reminded, kissed, laughing, hit, and trying. <p>This research aims to analyze the influence of physical education on the physical and mental development of elementary school students. Physical education plays an important role in supporting children's growth and development, both physically and mentally. Through structured and directed physical activity, students can develop motor skills, physical strength and improve general health. Apart from that, participation in physical education also has a positive impact on mental aspects, such as increasing concentration, controlling emotions, and social development. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires filled out by students and teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between participation in physical education and improvements in students' physical and mental conditions. <p>Early childhood education (PAUD) as the basis for children's higher education and preparing a generation of learners who have a healthy competitive spirit is very important. This can be done through science learning. This research analyzes the difficulties of PAUD teachers in teaching science to early childhood. The method used was qualitative descriptive with a sample of 20 PAUD teachers in Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City. The data obtained was analyzed using the informant review technique or feedback from informants by Milles and Hubberman. To ensure the validity of the data collected, triangulation techniques were also used. The results of the research show that PAUD teachers have difficulties in teaching science, understanding science concepts which are still rigid by following reference books, limited tools, materials and time, as well as applying science concepts which do not yet refer to the early childhood environment. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the competence of PAUD teachers must be improved in accordance with the aim of teaching science to early childhood.</p>Putri Sari Ulfa SembiringMuhammad Dekar Nasution
