https://journal.outlinepublisher.com/index.php/ijar/article/view/203

This research aims to determine the effect of inflation and minimum wages on labor absorption in Indonesia for the 2013-2023 period. The method used is quantitative descriptive, namely numerical data in the form of numbers and then processed using the eviews application. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from BPS, BI, and so on. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing and classical assumptions which include normality tests and multicollinearity tests. The research results show that simultaneously the inflation and minimum wage variables have a positive and significant influence on the labor absorption variable in Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially the inflation variable has a negative and significant influence on the labor absorption variable in Indonesia and the minimum wage variable has a positive and significant influence on the labor absorption variable in Indonesia.
Vingky Dwi Pratama VingkyMarsanda HutagalungZulfa ‘AfifahTasya Manurung

https://journal.outlinepublisher.com/index.php/ijar/article/view/202

This study aims to analyze the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and inflation rate on the purchasing power of the community in North Sumatra during the period 2012-2022. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of the Republic of Indonesia was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the EViews software. The results of the analysis show that GRDP and the inflation rate have a significant influence on the purchasing power of the community, with statistically significant regression coefficients. Autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity, and classical assumption tests indicate that the regression model used meets the criteria and can be considered valid. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for formulating appropriate economic policies to improve the welfare of the North Sumatra community in the future
Hotman SiboroPenus SinuratVenus SitumeangMuammar RinaldiSienny

This research aims to determine the effect of minimum wages and tax revenues on poverty in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research which is centered on testing theory through measuring research variables based on numbers and analyzing data using statistical methods. This research data uses secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency in the form of data on Minimum Wages, Tax Revenues and Poverty in Indonesia. The results of the research show that the minimum wage has a significant negative effect on poverty, with every 1% increase in the minimum wage reducing poverty by 12.26378 %. Meanwhile, tax revenue has a significant positive influence on poverty, with every 1% increase in tax revenue increasing poverty by 19.89796%. These results show that minimum wage and tax revenue policies have an important role in reducing poverty in Indonesia.
Tamaria SidebangVivi SafiraMentari Rezeki RamadhaniM. Abdan SyakuraAzman

2024-10-302024-10-30139197The Influence of the Labor Force and Regional Income on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesia
https://journal.outlinepublisher.com/index.php/ijar/article/view/206

This research examines the influence of the labor force and regional income on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesia during 2012-2022. Using panel data analysis and multiple regression, the results show that the labor force has a significant positive influence on HDI, while regional income shows a negative influence. This shows that increasing the workforce contributes to improving the quality of life, but regional income without effective management does not always improve human development. These findings are important for policy makers in managing the workforce and regional income to achieve a higher HDI.
Elsa Aurel Agustine SitumorangDeyren Firmansyah DeyrenMeutia Fahrani Meutia Novianti Naomi Ulina Br Naibaho Novianti Chia Yu

https://journal.outlinepublisher.com/index.php/ijar/article/view/287

Archive literacy is an essential competency in supporting effective information management in various fields, including education. However, the low level of archive literacy among teachers and students is one of the main challenges in document management in vocational high school, including at SMK N1 Kisaran. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of archival training in improving archive literacy in teachers and students. The research used a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 30 participants consisting of teachers and students. The training included theory and practice sessions on manual and digital archive management. The results of the research showed a significant increase in participants' archive literacy, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards archive management. The average archive literacy score increased by 35% after the training. In addition, this training also succeeded in increasing awareness of the importance of systematic archive management to support work efficiency and fluency of school administration. This research concludes that archival training is an effective strategy to improve archival literacy, especially in vocational education environments.
