This study aims to analyze the influence of legal protection, consumer trust, and data security on e-commerce transaction decisions in the digital economy era. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 120 respondents who are active e-commerce users in Indonesia. The results show that all three independent variables have a significant influence on consumer decisions, with consumer trust as the dominant variable. The normality test indicates that the data is normally distributed, while the F-test and t-test confirm significant simultaneous and partial effects. The coefficient of determination of 64.8% indicates that the model is quite strong in explaining the dependent variable. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating legal protection, data security systems, and increasing trust to create a safe and equitable e-commerce ecosystem. These results are expected to provide input for policymakers, business actors, and consumer organizations in designing effective digital policies.
